We were approached by a global sports brand based in the United States to help support their Marketplace activities and growth plans as well as improving operational performance and increasing the effectiveness of their advertising strategy.


After conducting a full account audit, we got to work with identifying ways in which they could increase sales of current product ranges, improve the customer journey as well as creating a roadmap for the different implementation phases. After proposing a tailored Amazon strategy, the brand decided to sign up with B2C Consulting and then we got to work...

In a systematic fully-managed approach, we made optimisations across the whole of the Amazon backend and then produced their A+ and storefront content, delivering enticing and visually appealing content which coincided with their brand guidelines and the strong consumer messaging that they wished to convey.

We then focused on Sponsored Product, Brand Defence & Sponsored Brand campaigns in order to drive customer acquisition and capitalise on branded term searches to ensure sales weren't lost to competitors.

Project Results

Our outlined actions lead to an instant increase of sales for the brand. During the first three months of working with us, we grew their YoY sales by 44%. Our expert Amazon advertising team reduced overall ACoS to 10.9%,.
